Digital Marketing Specialist

This role merges components of both digital marketing strategy and operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented creative marketer who has experience in social media and can fulfill operational tasks as well.  

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Social media responsibilities include:
    • Content curation, calendering and publishing across Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Snapchat, and Instagram and more.
    • Monitoring, tracking and engaging in relevant social discussions about our company, industry and competitors to position Brandify as a thought leader.
    • Running regular social advertising campaigns, tracking and reporting success.
    • Testing and experimenting outreach efforts to generate more inbound leads and target more potential customers.
    • Optimizing social and blog content and driving traffic to Brandify’s website, Knowledge Center and blog from social channels.
  • Marketing operations responsibilities include:
    • Assist with event coordinating for trade shows and special events.
    • Research and gather  event /trade show to help raise brand awareness and expand potential sale opportunities.
    • Assist on inventory tracking for marketing team.
    • Record and update inbound/trade shows leads on monthly basic and notify team on any important changes.
    • Be able to work with large file of data and perform data cleansing tasks using Excel.
    • Manage client database for special campaigns/events throughout the year.

Education & Work Experience Required 

  • BA/BS degree in Communications/Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot platform: Areas of focus include Hubspot’s Social Inbox and CRM
  • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging.
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • 1-2 years of marketing and content creation experience.
