Summary
The Mobile Implenation Support role will be responsible for the implementation of Brandify products on mobile devices. The ideal candidate will oversee and participate in the analysis, process design, and implementation of all client projects related to mobile.
Key responsibilities:
- Setting up the development environments for Apple and Google and be able to compile the applications , possibly understanding how to deploy applications to Apple Store and Google Play.
- Understanding all the things the Brandify team does for the configuration of browser based approaches and understand how that synchronizes with the mobile environment. (HTML, JSON, JS, etc)
Qualifications:
- Familiar with managing the working process of administrative duties and configurations.
- At least 2 years customer service experience.
- At least 2 years of mobile device and mobile technology experience.
- At least 2 years of working knowledge/experience of different devices for Android and IOS, along with the features that are provided with operation system updates.
- Current on product updates and knowledge of new technology like Apple TV, Apple/Android Watch.
- At least 2 years experience with the configuration and business opportunities for beacons, coupons, wallet, apple/Google pay and be eager to help Brandify and customers to integrate them.
