As a Temporary Part Time Recruiter, you will assist the HR Department to identifty and recruite talents who not only have a squalified skill sets to perform well on the jobs but also to fit in with our young and modern culture.
- Focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications
- Establish consistent weekly interviews whether via phone, Skype and in person for all open positions until hire is made
- Understanding of open positions and technical skillsets
- Understand the company cultural dynamic to hire in accordance with these principles
- BA/BS degree
- 3 to 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm or inside sales experience with a strong background in cold calling
- Have ability to engage passive candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads
- Have a "can-do", vivacious personality
- Understand the importance of company culture and naturally reflecting this concept.
