Summary
The Office Administration will support in all general office activies. The potential candidate will be working closely with our HR manager to maintain the company overal culture and morale.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supervise physical office areas to ensure maximum space performance
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures with office receipts and expenditures
- Create and update records and database with personnel, and office data
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessar
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic budgeting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- High school diploma, BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
