The Project Manager will be responsible for the implementation of Brandify products. They will oversee and participate in the analysis, process design, and implementation of all client projects. The ideal candidate will have strong and proven client management skills, and the ability to manage and lead a team in monitoring client deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully responsible for overseeing the implementation process, meeting the needs of the business and participates in presentations of possible solutions to a client
  • Manages numerous projects simultaneously from requirements and process design to implementation
  • Addresses and resolves customer complaints in a timely manner in order to ensure client satisfaction
  • Uses best judgment to troubleshoot, solve and when needed, escalates projects- related issues to upper Management
  • Contributes to internal project initiatives regarding new development, testing and implementation
  • Analyzes and evaluates current business processes and requirements for the purpose of making recommendations to management for new, more efficient workflows and processes


  • BA/BS or 2 year college degree strongly desired or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office Excel experience and competence required
  • Ability to maintain, load manage and cut data
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong telephone and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and appropriate Web software beneficial
